I came in today to ask for help on a problem with my engine (VW Dealership diagnosed), hoping that I could get another opinion to let me know if what the dealership said was actually true.
The man that was at the desk today at 2pm was soooooooo rude... telling me how many engines he had in HIS shop to diagnose.
He finally gave me a quote, after I told him that I was referred to their shop.

Great experience at Priority Auto Repair. Came in for an oil change and a transmission check. The team was friendly, fast, and professional, and the pricing was very fair. Everything was straightforward with no pressure. Highly recommend.

Michael and his team are great. I even emailed him after we got home with our vehicle and just thanked him/them for being reputable and honest. He was very upfront about not just what we did need, but also the things that we DID NOT need to do to our vehicle at this time! Appreciated that!

Hands down the best car repair I’ve ever experienced. Carl was able to quickly diagnose and fix my car's issue when others couldn't and the Service Manager, Michael kept me posted and updated on the repairs. It’s clear that they believe in customer satisfaction and providing honest, affordable quality service. If you are looking for a reliable and skilled auto repair shop in the Kansas City Metro, don't hesitate and go visit Priority Auto.
