Called many times last June to get a quote on repairs, new winter cover, and replace the liner.nNo call back. All summer!nCalled again this year, spoke with various people at the store and service and, once again no return call. Called again three weeks ago and, still no contact??nWell, at this point, can't trust them. Even if their quote is less than half the others.... No way.nVery unfortunate. I can't believe it!
