We installed a pool and deck 5 years ago and we have had nothing but issues with them from day one. We had a dyed concrete deck poured which was supposed to be a cappuccino colour but ended up looking more like salmon. We went to the store to express our displeasure and we were told "I looks close enough". Six months after we poured the deck we began getting MAJOR cracks and needed to have a part of the deck glued back together. We had the liner come undone from the coping after 3 years and asked the to fix it. They fixed it so well it came undone the following year. Both times all the technician did was pull the liner back and trapped the debris from the winter BEHIND the liner so there is a bulge now where there are leaves.
The owner Paul Jameson will sell you anything in the world but will take absolutely no responsibility that his crews do a shit job and that the customer service is pathetic at best. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
