The limo did not show up to take the bride to the wedding despite having called the day before the wedding to confirm and again 15 minutes before it was scheduled to arrive. The dispatch was rude and unhelpful. She kept saying the limo was in the vicinity or he is parked outside while he clearly was not. After waiting 45 minutes trying to figure out where the limo was we had to take a cab to the wedding and arrived 30 minutes late for the ceremony.

I ordered a suv limo for my friends bachelorette. She had never been in a limo & I wanted to make her night out as special as possible. I ordered the 140 suv style limo through Tony Virgilio on April 21 2013 (2.5 months advanced) & specifically inquired about the dvd player/tvs. Their ad reads "...8 color fiber optic lighting and Accent lighting...Premium Sony CD sound system, 2 22" flat screen televisions...DVD player"

On July 4 2013 (two days prior), I called Tony & spoke twice to confirm the trip, locations, and the make/model of the DVD player. I was told as the limo was not assigned yet, he didn't know the make/model of the dvd player but there would be one.

On July 6 2013 when the suv limo showed up I asked the driver about the dvd player & he looked at me blankly. He asked who said we had a dvd player, I said Tony. He was shocked & said we have a cd player but it is broken. The driver called Tony & I asked to talk directly to him. Tony & I continued in a heated discussion where I was told "...we do not guarantee items in the limo will work, only that the car will run...". I told Tony the reason I chose Enchanted Limo was because of the dvd player/tvs as I had 2 dvds custom made for the bride that went hand in hand with our locations/stops. Tony said "I doubt that is why you chose us".

He said that he could have the limo stop at his place to have a look over, I told him that was impossible as we did not have time for this as we had places to be. I demanded to be compensated for this lack of service and Tony said no. I was made to feel like an idiot for complaining & demanded the money upfront as they were afraid you would not pay.

I tried to make my cd audio backup of the dvds work, but the cd player jammed & kept my cd. As we drove away, the radio turned to static. We had moments of music but mainly nothing. The lighting was 1 strand of white rope lighting.

I am disgusted with Enchanted Limo & their service!
