Would never choose this company again. We had a group of 16 people and every time someone called they were told something different. We booked a month in advance and two weeks before they told us that any stop we make is an extra $25 so we had to upgrade our package on a very short notice. When trying to contact them to ask about our reservation, I called 4 times. Each time the person i talked to was very rude and kept interrupting me. I was also told to call back later as they were "not in the office" and could not check my reservation. I called back later and was told the exact same thing. Apparently none of the people answering the phone are actually able to answer any questions.
