Dustin is the absolute best! I called to get my renters insurance set up. It was my first time needing this insurance so he walked me through the process and made sure that I understood the terms. I was unsure of the exact coverage that I needed, so he called my leasing office for me to find out. He found out exactly what my leasing office was wanting, and took care of it. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it!!

Having insurance & dealing with insurance issues is something that is always a hassle, however, this office has shown me how much nicer it can be. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, but I do have to say that Kylie has been exceptional in every way. Her communication & caring responsivenes have made it very clear that switching to Matt Ricchini State Farm was an excellent choice.

Amazing customer service. More importantly the staff knows how to make each customer feel like they are the one. This particular staff member (Kylie) at Team Ricchini took time to go over every policy, answer every question and made me feel assured this was the right place to be for the last xx number of years. So grateful that they care as much as I do about my insurance needs. Thank You State Farm(Matt).
