I had a bit of a technical issue with my unit/payment that I came into the office to sort out. Nicki was working and was absolutely great. She understood my issue and was able to fix everything quickly. I thought it would be a longer process to figure out but she took care of it right away. Fantastic costumer service. I hope Nicki is here any time I have a problem.

Absolutely incredible service, above and beyond! I'm in an urgent situation and Nicki at the front desk was profoundly kind and helpful. My reservation was quick and seamless online, and someone was immediately available to show me the unit, which I grabbed right after! Highly recommend this place, super clean and friendly, Nicki was so informative. Don't wait, just grab a storage unit here!!

Great experience with Nicki at SmartStop Hendersonville. I won an auction unit and she was helpful, friendly and on point. Took care of me and got me on my way.

Nicki was on point with everything! First she beat me to confirm the reservation before I could get to my phone to do it LOL. She was Suuuuper helpful and sweet. She got us in, showed us the unit, filled out the paperwork, and got us paid and taken care of in no time. She also pointed out the insurance i didnt realize i'd opted out of online. Theres no contest to other places ive been. Everything was clean, and in shape. She explained everything we might need to know. Im a manager at a store, and if i was her boss I'd totally give her a raise! Thanks Nicki!

This particular location is spot on in every aspect of their operation. From the initial encounter with the agent in the office to the physical grounds. This is now my second space rental and I am certain it will not be my last.
You can be assured that you are in good hands with SmartStop Self Storage. The attention to the little things makes a big difference. Thank you for providing a safe/secure space.
