To the Safe Harbor Westport Team,
I am writing to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we received at your facility. We arrived overwhelmed with boating distress, and your entire team went above and beyond to reassure us and provide a variety of solutions.
I would particularly like to commend Matt and Kris for their help and extreme patience. Our boat now runs beautifully and looks like new. We also appreciate how seamlessly you coordinated the repairs with the excellent detailing work performed by Norman-Wylie Marine.
Thank you again for your professionalism and support! You have 100% earned our loyalty and repeat business.

I stored my boat here before buying a place on the lake. Awesome people, great service, always friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for boat storage on Lake Norman.

Chase did a fantastic job on a difficult repair on our wakeboard tower. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness and approach to doing things right! Matt and the front office staff were really communicative during the entire process, awesome experience all around

I’ve owned boats for most of my adult life. The way Matt and his team takes care of my family and I is truly amazing. I was told I would experience something special with them and it’s the truth. They make you feel like family. Best service experience I’ve had. Thank you guys!

I knew renting a boat would be fun, but it really ended up being the highlight of our week in the LKN area. Everything from booking the reservation online to returning the boat at the end of the day was easy. All the marina staff we encountered were great. The only small issue we had was that the life vests that came with the tube rental were size adult small, so a few of us weren’t able to zip them. But they still kept us afloat. Definitely recommend these folks for a memorable day on the water!!
