I had an enjoyable experience at aspen. Klaire did my x rays and was gentle and didn’t hurt me at all and got them right the first time. McKenna did an amazing job on my teeth in a timely manner and was nice and made small talk to make it go by faster. I highly recommend them.

Dr Favor and her team are amazing! I couldn’t recommend a better team. I am having dental treatment and work done. My crown was a perfect fit and match. That has never happened and I have had a few of those in my time.

I actually give them zero stars. I would not recommend this corporation in its entirety. This corporation is designed to collect people who do not see a dentist regularly. They are desperate enough to take walk-ins. Their initial paperwork is convenient. The staff is initially friendly. I went in with swollen gums. They took about 20 x-rays and herded me into a dental chair where I then met with the hygienist. The hygienist examined my mouth and called out "act now" numbers. She then spoke to me in a condescending manner as she spit out her rehearsed conversation on periodontal disease as if I was in grade school. I was then introduced to the dentist who quickly examined me and told me that I had periodontal disease, 3 cavities and bone loss, which I confirmed today is untrue. The dentist quickly introduced me to their office manager for a chat about how I would pay for this extreme dental procedure to cure my disease. The total bill was about $7000 & $3700 after my insurance. I walked out immediately. I had to fight them the next day to get MY x-rays so that I could see a legit dentist which I saw today. My legit dentist confirmed that I don't have periodontal disease but a bad case of gingivitis. My estimated bill at the legit dentist is $163. Aspen dental is on a fishing expedition for your pocket book. Buyer beware and please check out the STOP ASPEN DENTAL pages before calling them for an appointment. They don't care about the patient. They only care about the money they can extract from you!

Operations Lead, Samra Mujkoc listened to our needs and set forth a plan for my dental care in the future.
Overall, the VERY BEST dental experience I've received in years.

Super friendly staff. Was pleasantly greeted by Jairen. Had a few jokes with Tymia. The Hygenist McKenna and Dentist Favor were amazing, detailed, didn't rush me and really comforted me with my currently broken smile. Samra was understanding and patient when explaining everything and going over costs and payment plans. Highly recommend this location
