I recently had a clogged sewer line in my office building. I called Jones Plumbing at 8a.m. and the plumbers arrive by 9a.m. The sewer line was cleared and the restrooms were back in use by 10:30a.m. The tenants and I were extremely pleased with the prompt service by Jones Plumbing.

Needed a new water heater with a booster , older gentleman was not sure what was a booster was , they convinced my wife on an over price 80 gal tank. Day it was installed they removed the washers drain hose from the wall to run there own hose. The next day did a load of laundry, needless to say my garage was flooded, the incompetence of this work crew forgot to replace my washers drain. I have call for them to turn down the temperature of the heater because of children in the house , they refused because of my review. GREAT COMPANY!

On 8/27/2025 I had Jones plumbing rework the plumbing in my half a bathroom. Pete and apprentice Noah did the job. They were both professional informative kind and so easy to work with. They had great ethics! I highly recommend Jones Plumbing. Good company! Thank you again Jones Plumbing and PETE & Noah!

Came out same day I called (early even!) and had my sink fixed within a half hour. Very experienced and efficient, so grateful for them. Also thought the price was great, was expecting to pay twice as much. Never needed a plumber before but they will be my go to from now on
