Went in one time to be told they couldn't make whoppers bc their fryer was down, for this franchise is unacceptable, never anyone at front taking orders, stood there for 15 mins waiting for someone to come up, couldn't get the pepperoni bacon whopper bc it was gone and they didn't update their menu, manager gave me free large fries as an apology, woman cooking burger didn't even know what she was doing, would rather go across town to the other location

My wife and I went to the Fairview Burger King when it first open in the summer, it was such a horrible expirence we haven't returned. That was until we had to go to Chapters and decided to stop in. What a difference, we could tell as soon as we walked in .
Let me start by saying we had our order taken by a very entergetic 40 something female manager. My wife wanted her burger special and she had no problem making sure it was exactly what she wanted and we got it fast. The store was clean, and we saw the same manager cleaning tables, and getting on her hands and knees picking up garbage under tables. She even came around to see if our lunch was good and if she could get us anything else. This lady should take her talents to a high end restaurant . My wife words. We will be back

We stould in line for 20 minutes. In that time i watched 8 different customers leave your store because it was taking too long. Andrew the man serving has no idea what he is doing im not sure if he is new but needs someone who is experienced at the front serving with him. It seems as if its everyones first day and there is only one person person cooking food for the entire store while one guy scoops fries and the other girl stands there i would advise a whole new group of employees if you dont want to lose a ton of buisness ..thanks
