Always a great experience and great customer service. This burger king is always decorated very cute, and employees are always smiling and happy to serve you genuinely. I told the girl I will drive 25 minutes out of my way to come there.

I just went through the drive thru at 1:30 and all the food was overcooked. I can not eat lettuce due to a dietary issue and health issue and ordered it without lettuce. It came with lettuce I went back in to get a replacement and the manager with purple hair and a short bun said I had to give it back to her. As a former manager it’s a health hazard to take food back that has already left the building. She made me throw it away and remade it but then my fiance came in and told me he was missing his ranch for his chicken fries and when she gave me the food I asked for a ranch and she rolled her eyes and then threw it on the counter and said here you go. She was very very rude. All the food was either old or overcooked.

I just went through the drive thru here on Elida rd, the food was overcooked, my mozzarella fries were hard as a rock. The cheese didn’t want to pull let alone break apart. I will not be going here again!!

Food was good. Cindy was on top of service and friendly. Liked having ketchup pump instead of packets. The Christmas decorations was nice.
