Horrible! Haven't had a Whopper in at least 22 years until a few weeks ago when I stumbled upon a Whopper Wednesday promo. To my surprise, it was pretty tasty and the veggie toppings fresh. Had no issues ordering that Whopper at that (another) location. At THIS (North Ave.) location, however, I attempted to order a Whopper for Whopper Wednesday. Well, making absolutely NO sense, I was charged full price. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, I was notified that "You have to ask for that special," to which I responded, "Are you kidding me"? THIS MAKES NO SENSE. If Burger King is running a special for Whoppers on Wednesdays called Whopper Wednesday, why does ANY customer have to request "the special"? Why is the assumption not that ALL customers are granted the "special"? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Furthermore, I waited in line for far too long for the Whopper, which again, makes no sense on a promotional day, since the overwhelming majority of people patronizing the restaurant that day are assuredly taking advantage of the promotion!

Disgruntled and distrusting of the establishment (first AND LAST visit), I requested a refund. Funny...that was granted with swiftness, unlike my order!

the food is good enough for a burger king, but the last time i came to this establishment a man came up to me and uppercut me with a double jr whopper with extra pickles. it didn't really hurt but it interrupted my burger eating. it was baffling. where did he come from. he disappeared immediately after i was hit

I’ve ordered online and in person. The food always comes out fresh and hot. I typically order in the evenings. The delivery orders are really good too. Really happy with evening shift food! I complimented them in person but wanted to post a good review because I’ve had great experiences every time.

Employees were polite but incredibly overworked. I ordered through the mobile app and my order was skipped. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got the attention of an employee to bring me my food. I understand this is fast food and located right in the hood too but there needs to be more employees to help out so that the lines can move faster.
