Jordan went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. He went as far as to call his General Manager, Jessica, (who was also awesome by the way!!!) to ensure I left a very happy customer!!! Service from these 2 are stellar and deserve ALL of the recognition possible!!! Thank you again Jordan 🥰 and Jessica!! 👏🏻🙌🏼👏🏻🙌🏼

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Wife and I decided to go. We ordered a Whopper meal and the crispy chicken meal. The whopper looked like it was thrown in the box. The toppings looked like they were just tossed on the burger as an afterthought. The chicken sandwich bun was dry and fell apart. It had so much mayo it looked like a horse splooged all over it. The lettuce was stringy. The chicken tasted burnt and I can't describe the other taste. It seemed the sandwiches were not fresh. The total was 20.82. A small fries and drink were included for both meals. I went to try to get a knife to cut the sandwich and both the grill and drive through walked off before I approached the counter. The manager was sitting in the office the whole time. The grill guy was playing on his phone. This store is a prime example of why fast food needs to reform. This company needs to shut down these stores. I won't be back. No apology would be acceptable.

My Whopper meal was good. Had a medium drink, but only small lids at the drink dispenser. Counter at the drink dispenser could have use a good cleaning. I don't normally eat in so the atmosphere is normal.

Dear Burger King:

I am writing to share my positive experience regarding a staff member named Jayden.

During my recent visit with my two young children, an incident occurred where a mess was made and something was placed in Jayden's hair. Despite this, Jayden remained remarkably calm and professional. His reassurances made me feel at ease during a stressful moment.

Jayden is a very kind and sweet young man, and I am confident he has a bright future ahead of him. I wanted to ensure his excellent service and patient demeanor were recognized.

I want to thank all the statue they were very nice and sweet. Reassuring me everything was okay.

Best regards,

Amy Allred

I've ordered from this location several times and I would like to commend management and staff for an excellent experience every time. A lot of fast food locations in Athens these days are trash and it starts with their management. Everything was prepared fresh to Burger King's standards and exceeded my expectations. Great job!
