My wife and I are passing through town - haven’t been to a What a Burger before. Location and first impressions were good. So we tried it.
Burger was fresh and so was the Party melt.

The young man Jakari that helped us was very pleasant and helpful with our questions, being we had a few because this was our first visit. He’s made us a what a burger fan.

I understand that loyalty is a premium in any business and that the People and staff on the front line are the ones building the brand and customer loyalty!!

Rude and unprofessional staff. Multiple staff members were sitting and socializing in the dining room and no one offered to get up and take our order. Finally someone from the kitchen shouted for us to put our orders in the kiosk. The kiosk wasn’t working. Someone finally took our order at the counter. The food wasn’t fresh. The dining room was messy including trash overflowing from the receptacles, and 10 plus trays stacked on top. The tea was old. Multiple staff members were walking around the dining room eating and drinking.

I order a tender meal with a large fry, ketchup and a medium drink. They don’t put ketchup in my bag, they don’t give me my drink with the food, I had to go up and ask for it, and their equivalent of a 3 piece was basically one normal sized tender, and the other two were half the size. Not worth $12 in the slightest. It wasn’t busy, there were maybe 2 other groups of people sitting who already had their orders. They also missed my best friend’s large fry.This is abysmal, lunch ruined, sub par service.

New location. I went inside and didn't have to wait to order. The cashier was friendly and helpful. She gave me a number and my drink cup. They don't keep napkins at the drink station because people have scattered them all over and made messes in the past. But they do bring napkins to you when you get your order. The dining room was comfortable, and the food was great. The Sweet and Spicy Whatameal I got was plenty for me to save half for a leftover.
