The staff at this location are awesome! I love that I always receive my orders, large or small, exactly how I requested. I never need to check my bags before leaving because of their attention to retail. Angelina is one of the best staff members at the Pomona location. She goes the extra mile and manages to make you feel extra special with little details that some workers wouldn't think about. Thank you, Angelina. I will always look for you when I visit this location.

Burger King is just not what it used to be. I used to love going to Burger King but the quality just isn't there anymore.

I'm very extremely pissed off. My parents who are elderly just went and made an order 4 croissants, sausage breakfast, and the only games them 2 of them. When they pay 14, something that's not cool really? It's always a problem and always giving you an attitude and it's like, wow, it's not my fault that you work at Burger King. If you don't like it, then don't work there. But you're supposed to give customer service. The best

I love this Burger King in Pomona! Now many of you might think of some kind of employee here but anybody knows anything about Pomona and the difficulties of running a business in this "kind" of neighborhood you'd know that this staff is amazing for what they have to deal with. They're courteous, they are quick, and they handle the disasters that happen regularly in this restaurant very timely and appropriately. Plus they're super friendly!! Shout out to the staff here and continue to do a great job!! See you all tomorrow 💪💪💪💪
