Terrible experience. Walked in this morning to get breakfast w/ my father & brother. Waited at the front register to be ignored by all the staff who prioritizes the drive thru over customers in the store. Didn’t greet us at all or could bother to at least say “sorry for the wait someone will be w/ you shortly” so we walked out. Won’t be coming back to this pathetic location.

Me and my girlfriend order the same thing and I got the oldest and dried out chicken fries in the restaurant, this is unacceptable

Wanna get an allergic reaction? Wanna waste 30 bucks? Come to the La Plata Burger King!!! 😃
Ordered food through the app, I’m allergic to tomatoes guess what was on everything? Even though I selected no tomatoes? Called the store to see how I could get a refund.
Quite literally they said settings n select refund…..that’s not at all an option. If you want to waste ya money come here.

I came here to get Lunch and this is not the usual experience that I have had at the La Plata location. I ordered a number 1 meal and the menu says Whopper and under it Impossible. I wanted the Impossible Burger Meal Large, not the meat burger. The person who served me said don't call it a Whopper. That's what the menu says. Silly stuff. Then I wanted Mozz sticks with BBQ sauce, not marinara sauce. They gave me my order, but BBQ Sauce, then everyone left the front counter, no one to serve you and I wait about 10 min and no one would get me the BBQ sauce. So I left without the sauce and so did others, as well. BAD Service, but Good Food.
