Lady named Marie working the till. Very slow service, and couldn't not seem to understand how to use the till. I had to clarify multiple times that I wanted a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a iced Chai latte.

Where im most disappointed, is i just got a cup of chocolate milk and ice. When I said this wasn't right, she started to get frustrated with me. I explained that im not trying to be difficult, it just doesn't seem correct, she continued to be frustrated with me and walked away.

One of my favorite locations! I love the staff here, they are so great! The night shift people are just awesome, Jen and Roda I believe. They always get my coffee right and it tastes the best! The morning people are super nice, too. Especially this one girl, I think it's Avalon, she's very cheerful! And then occasionally I go in the afternoons and there's another girl named Theresa and she is also super friendly, I'm always so happy to see her!

Trinity, Marie, Theresa, and Bre are extremely hard workers!! Got my order perfectly! Was amazing service! It seemed they all were just excited to take my order!! Props to the managers(Avalon, Janice and Jenna) for hiring such amazing people and amazingly hard workers

This location consistently provides great customer service. The team is friendly. The coffee is always fresh and the restaurant is well maintained. Even during busy times the staff work hard to keep orders moving quickly.

I calmed myself down before I wrote this. I stopped in for a small order, 2 drinks and 2 muffins. It was slow but the fellow in front of me had a large order... 12 meals, and the drive thru was steady. I had to wait for the large order to be filled before mine was started. Rediculous. 25 minutes wait, and both muffin types I chose, bran and choc chip, had been given to drive through customers. I was irate by the time I got my order. Please use this to teach your staff. In the future, larger orders should have to wait, while smaller orders are filled... super disappointing, and made me late for all appointments for the rest of the day. If nothing else, I'm glad I practiced patience and maintained my composure. Horrible experience.
