Simon and Aaron provided exceptional customer service when I moved in last week. They were accommodating, positive, and helpful with my move. I had many complicated details to work out, and I needed to change units at the last minute. I appreciated, too, that they were very communicative throughout the process, via email, phone and in-person, despite being quite busy. If you are looking for high customer service I recommend working with them.

After reading the reviews, all true, I had to check them out for myself. I’m very glad I did. Perfect for my storage needs & very reasonably priced too.
Just have to update about continuing standard of excellence provided by Simon. He’s been running things alone for a little while, but not for much longer. I believe Luisa will be back in the near future. Even so, he made time not only take me to my locker, as I’d forgotten where it was, but he then went the extra mile to go down to get me a cart & bring it up to my locker. I really appreciate this kindness & extraordinary service. Thank you Simon!

Assistant Manager Simon was fantastic in helping me to calm down about the major task of acquiring another storage unit. Being dissatisfied with my current storage company, I was uneasy about seeking out another, as any move can be quite stressful. Even if it's from storage unit to storage unit. Simon immediately understood my dilemma and reassured me in no time that I was in the right place. He presented the rental options, toured the facility with me, and didn't pressure me to make a decision right away. Instead, he told me to think about it and not to worry as promotions and economic prices are ongoing at Centron. The facility is super clean; access to the elevator is convenient; and it has a 'homey' feel--very rare for a storage facility. Simon set my mind at ease. Centron is truly in the 'people business' and I look forward to renting a locker at their Toronto Chesswood Drive facility soon. Thank you Simon.

Very accommodating place. Motion activated lights in every unit. Only real flaw is the floor plan is a little confusing and only one freight elevator. Rates were comparable to other places and they almost always have a deal on your first few months rent. Staff was always pleasant to talk with and helpful with any concerns.

I truly appreciate everything this duo has done for me and above all I got a 3rd month free for paying two in advanced , talk about savings!! The facility is clean and super bright! I stopped by Centron Self Storage while searching for a unit, and I have to say—Simón provided outstanding service. He showed me all the storage options that matched the sizes I needed and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to explaining every detail clearly. He even took the time to understand what I needed the storage for, which helped him recommend the best locations for my situation.

The facility itself is impressive: great prices, convenient access hours, very clean with no unpleasant odors, and equipped with modern technology. The whole process was so effortlessly easy! I reserved a 10x10 unit online and Simon was great at communicating at how long the process would take and when the best time to come in. When we visited the location to check out the units, Luisa was super helpful the whole time and made our experience so easy. We were sold right away and were able to move some of our stuff that we had right away. Using the elevators wasn’t hard to follow and had dollys on site to use anytime. The hallways were clean and navigating through the building was easy to remember. The application process was smooth and knew we made the right choice to come here to rent a unit. Luisa really went above and beyond and can’t thank her enough on our first time renting a storage unit. Appreciated all her efforts with our questions and relating to us. Definitely recommend to rent with Centron, especially this location!

This is an amazing place - very friendly staff - customers are very respectful and friendly as well.

Both the staff members are amazing - helpful - accommodating - very easy to contact and always willing to help.

The office is open during business hours and they are always on site - there will always be a staff member in the office to answer your questions.

The facility is very well maintained and clean. The facility is well lit and safe.

Perfectly good storage experience. Place was clean, always enough carts. Good location. Simon and Luisa were always very helpful.

I would suggest the addition of a keypad for entry at the front, left door for easier access outside of office hours for access to units at the front of the building. Can be a long, circuitous walk, especially when you need quick access for things that don't require a cart.
