I had a great experience at the Concord Access Storage location. I recently visited to find a storage unit, and Mihir at the customer service desk was incredibly helpful. He took the time to show me different unit options, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose the unit that best suited my needs instead of trying to upsell me. The paperwork was completed smoothly, and the whole process was easy and stress-free.

I'll be moving my belongings in next week, and based on my experience so far, I'm hoping the service continues to be just as great. Thank you, Mihir, for making the process so straightforward!
