Personal service and convenience are what sets Storwell apart. I recently wanted to consolidate two units. Laura made it very easy and took the time to show me several alternatives. She also assured me that it would be easy to downsize, if that is what we need. She was a delight to work with.

We like the fact that every unit is at ground level and it is never more than 10m from car to unit. Add 24-hour and 365-day access and you understand the convenience.

It's a breath of fresh air whenever you enter an establishment and you're greeted with genuine customer service and care.
Great location and accessibility, fantastic rates and by far the best staff in the West end. The staff, very polite and well spoken. Ilona initially took my call and within a short time I was ready to go (thank you sooooo much for your assistance) and Laura put all the paperwork together in such a timely fashion!

My storage unit was very clean and easy to access. It came with a lock and is covered by some insurance.
