Great storage facility and excellent service. I’ve been storing my belongings there for two years now, and so far, I’m completely satisfied. The storage units themselves are spacious, clean, free of pests, and feature excellent climate control. The storage units are under 24/7 video surveillance, and a personal access code and sturdy locks ensure your belongings are kept safe for any period of time.
Overall, I recommend this storage facility.

I have been here at Stowell since 2013. The facility is clean, the staff is so helpful and goes beyond with excellent customer service. The prices are fair with minimum price increases. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you are looking for storage I strongly recommend Storwell Self Storage. Also a big shout out to Judith and Lance!

I can't thank Store Well enough for making my moving day so much smoother! After calling around to several different storage facilities, I chose this location because of how helpful they were over the phone the day before. When I arrived today—which was both my closing day and move-out day—I was met by Ms. Judith. She was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to show me the different units, explained all the current promotions, and provided a truly great customer service experience. She even warmed up my tea🥰for me because it got cold.Moving is incredibly stressful, but Ms. Judith and the team made this part of the process a breeze. I highly recommend Store Well!

It’s a really amazing facility and the staff is awesome. To be honest it felt like family while having conversation with the staff members. I would like to recommend Giles and he was very specific in proving details and even helped me in all the questions I had which is amazing because the weather was pretty bad outside and he still came out and showed me the facility along with helping me to park my vehicle inside the parking unit. Appreciate that Giles !
I will definitely recommend this location for someone who wants to keep their car safe and sound.

Scarborough location: Well managed, Good customer service, very close to 401, 365 days 24 /7 access and all the storage are on ground level so there is no hassle to take the elevator. I will use it again in future if needed and recommend it to family and friends.

My experience at Storwell Self Storage on Executive Court was seemless!! Upon arriving at the office, Alia greeted me with a smile and provided me with amazing customer service. She took her time to explain the process, showed me several units and answer all my questions. As I have never rented a storage unit before, I appreciate her knowledge in assisting me which one to rent. I was completely surprised and impressed by the help, patience and advice from the team. From the manager to the staff all great people!

The storage units are very clean and well managed. I was worried about whether my antique wood pieces and art would be ok, and there were no issues at all. They also have a number of sizes which is very helpful given I also stored bulky items.

The location of the facility right off of the 401 and the size of the location is impressive and convenient.

I needed help in a pinch and this team were there for me. Really glad I made this choice and will definitely return and recommend them to others!

Excellent Service! I lost my card and thinking I would never had a unit, but the associate at Storwell came up with a solution and even gave me a discount. I was in my downtime, and super tired from moving to new home, so he was being so helpful. Been accessing the unit for a month, the code was very easy, and not too complicated to get into my unit. the place was always clean and look organized all the time. Great job, Thank you Storwell!

Over the years I've probably gone to three other storage facilities while living in Toronto. This is by far the best one I've dealt with.
Security is always on point. Things I kept in the unit always felt safe.
The ease of access and location was amazing and the staff was even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The only reason why I left is that they have no outdoor heated units.
Which is understandable but overall I had a fantastic experience here.
