Incredible customer service and move in experience. Store manager Melanie Costa, was very accommodating and helped us find the optimal solution for a long term storage plan and made this process very easy and smooth. Moving is stressful, and Melanie showed a genuine understanding and extended her self to help us get our storage packed up on time so we can proceed with our moving plans. I had an excellent experience at Access Storage – Scarborough. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and secure. Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish.
A special thank you to the manager, Ms. Shima. She was extremely kind, respectful, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Her customer service is truly outstanding.

Both Shima and Ciera, Assistant managers were very approachable, knowledgeable and such nice and kind to talk to. Assisted us in every way. The unit storage was very clean, is equipped with everything you need for storage or moving your things.

Great teamwork with the two staff who helped us get a unit. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything before we signed. They only surprise after I left when I reviewed the paperwork was the admin fee but it is totally worth it. I love how affordable it is, I love how accessible it is. I researched storage options and this was my first choice

Shima was amazing. She explained the entire contract in detail. Showed me different storage units. Made me feel very comfortable dealing with Access Storage. Shima was pleasant and professional. My experience from start to finish was excellent! 1st the online experience was simple to pick the right size unit, then to pay the 1st months rent, and then the document input and verification was very easy and simple to end the whole online experience. When I went in to pick up my lock that I had also purchased online, I was greeted by two very friendly and enthusiastic young ladies . The person that helped me finalize the rental was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and what exactly was I agreeing to before signing the papers. Just an overall awesome and very painless process from start to finish! That is something very rare these days. So kudos to this establishment for this type of service!

Head office! Please help me!! I’m am desperate! I rent a unit at the Duffrin location and had plans to move out last weekend. My brother sadly passed away and my plans changed. I kept the storage office up to date on my move. They never once told me that if I entered into a new billing cycle that I would be responsible for paying for the next month! Why would I be charged for something I am not going to be using? I am moving out Sept. 28th and now my stuff is being held for ransom! If I don’t pay I can’t get my things. I can’t afford to pay another month of storage! I could barely afford it as is. This is cruel! I told the man I didn’t have that money. If I pay for the extra month I won’t be able to buy groceries and feed my kids. So he offered me a 75 % payout option which really isn’t much better. Still charging me for an empty unit. I can’t afford it! PLEASE!!! I am begging you - I am a single income family. It’s only me. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! 😭😭😭😭

Jeff was very friendly and professional, gave us a walkthrough of the facility and showed us the unit before signing any paperwork. Place is very clean and well kept! Hallways are bright with a proper elevator for going to upper and lower floors. Great security as a code is required for all entry points in and out. The upgraded temper-proof locks are a plus also.

The employees at Access Storage are very approachable and reliable especially Sienna and Shima. Being a very patient employees as to how to explain the procedures and policies to their customers, they have also a pleasing personalities in dealing with their clients; and, have a great concerns to their needs, like I am.

I will definitely recommend the Access Storage to anyone that might be in need to store their personal belongings. The Access Storage has also promotions that are currently going on these days. It's a sign of relief for me not only I saved for almost two months because of the promotions that the company has, but for being a satisfied and well informed customer.

I had an excellent experience at the #100 Canadian Road, Scarborough, ON location. The staff here are both friendly and highly professional.
