Overpriced lockers how is it a double locker costs $1100 plus and a single locker that is exactly half cost $350 makes no sense .
The crew at the front of they’re absolutely great. They are very helpful when you need them. It’s just StorageMart Is absolutely greedy , I was wondering why they sent me A request for a review because more than 30 double storage lockers are still waiting to be rented out. Also, my other complaint is that the outside lockers, when they shovel the snow with the snow ploughs they shove everything against the garage doors. The rain then freezes the doors shut .There’s been quite a few times that we are not able to open the doors outside due to everything being frozen, I have lost in the past a lot of money because I am a contractor and I wasn’t able to open the doors absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

An extra star because the staff are great and very helpful! However, this location nearly tripled the cost of my unit over the course of a year.

I signed on for around $80/mo to begin with, and 1 month free as part of a promotion. They increased the rental rate to $120/mo after the first few months without warning (as they are allowed to do per the contract), which I figured was fair because $80/mo was a steal. But by the time I finally moved all my stuff out and terminated my contract, they were billing me nearly $230/mo! Insane.

I switched to a storage business a bit further outside of the city and currently have double the space for half the price. The rates haven't increased since I got it 4 months ago and they offer discounts for paying a full year instead of monthly - I'd recommend you do the same.

I have been dealing with this StorageMart for a number of years, first with Wendi and then with Kevin, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I have also referred others. Keep up the good work and the excellent customer service. Also keep the prices reasonable, so that there is no reason for us to want to store our items elsewhere. Thanks very much.

Service here was Great. Kevin greeted me warmly and showed immediate interest in my wanting to rent a unit.
I went to other places for cost comparison and not only were they more expensive they acted like I was a bother.
Came back and met witg Parsad. He was just as friendly and and got me set up quickly.
True customer service!!! KUDOS!!! To those two. And Thank you!

I want to take this time to thank Prasad and Kevin for their amazing customer service. I went there to rent out a storage space and was not expecting much. Dealing with Prasad and Kevin they made me change my mind. Both of them are fantastic and they try to find ways to say “Yes” and help customers in the best way possible. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for great prices along with exceptional customer experience. 10/10

This location is just awesome! Very convenient, great prices and as all reviewers have vouched, the staffs are incredibly accommodating and take the experience to the next level.

We were helped by Kevin, who explained about the services thoroughly, walked us through many different units and gave detailed answers to all our questions. They even have mail box services!

We went there with the mindset that we will explore some other places but we knew we found the best place in town!

If you are thinking about renting a storage, think no more. I can confidently say you don't need to explore anywhere. The prices are great coupled with great staffs. You will just love this place. I wish all the places could at least match 10% of the level of customer service this place offers. Kevin has raised the bar so high that we are 100% sure we will be disappointed with other places moving forward!
