My storage is located at main floor. There is only one push cart for both the main floor and basement. Half of the time Im unable to see the cart. Its either being used by other customer or leave inside the lift or used by the cleaner. There is no sign requesting client not to leave it in the lift. Is it really that expensive to have a separate push cart for different floors? The customer service ladies are very friendly especially Deanna who is very helpful. Your price is much cheaper than Access storage but they have got two fork lift, six push cart for the whole building. There is two very old iron rope on each side of the main door with the head shaped as S for keeping the main door open for easy moving but, both broken at the head which unable to hold the door open. Could it be adjusted to a more S shape on the head of the rope or have it replaced so it can hold the door? The place are clean .

I left this place with my head held high because this isn't the only storage facility around.
Never do business with a company that can't or won't provide head offices contact information.

on January 31st (Friday) my daughter and I walked into this establishment 1 minute before closing @6pm. We were greeted with Lois who didnt hesitate to serve us with getting a locker and a lock. The customer service we received was STELLAR!. Had it been myself at work, I would have told the customer to come back the next day, as most establishments would (especially on a friday evening) Lois was very understanding towards my daughter and I's rushed needs. I am definitely recommending this storage facility to others. The price is right and the customer service goes above and beyond. A great appreciation and shout out to Lois because she took the time to care and provide a service even though it meant for her to stay past her shift.

We were in the process of moving and couldn’t find a reasonable storage unit until we called this place. The lady who helped us, her name was Dianna and she stayed 30 mins to an hour after closing to help us get a locker for our things. Plus we got a great discount! Awesome experience and thanks!
