Thank you for giving a wonderful service Himali. I did an express rental and my unit was way far from loading dock. She was very helpful and gave a unit close to leading area. Thank you once again.

I had to move out of my storage unit yesterday, and Himali was very helpful and accommodating. Moving is always hard, but she made it less so. Thank you Access Storage and Himali for your kindness and patience. Much appreciated. A+

It’s a great storage place, my only complaint, and it’s a big one, is the lights keep turning off while in the unit. So every time I’m buried in boxes it suddenly goes dark. You have to go out in the hall and wave your arms. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. There is also no washroom on site, which is also inconvenient. Clean and safe tho, spacious. I think 3 is too low a score and 4 might be too much with the issues I listed. But I’ll go with 4/5.

Himali and Cierra at Access Storage were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

If you’re looking for great service and a team that goes above and beyond, ask for Himali or Cierra

Sonali J - Amazing manager - very reasonable and helpful. I visited this location and had my unit for months here and they have been great. I would recommend Access Storage for anyone that needs a space to store stuff. Access to the unit is great also.

Very easy to use, and in a convenient location. I will definitely recommend this location to others. The employees were very helpful from start (obtaining the storage space, explaining the rental terms, etc.) to finish.

Been my first experience for Storage facility. But really happy with the services and proper explanation of all aspects. Asst Manager @Himali Patel at the Scarborough facility went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Would definitely refer the location to my friends and family.

Jennesha helped me go through the different procedures and rules of the service

Though it would have been nice to be informed of the possibility to bring my own lock to prevent having to buy one in store as there’s a policy not letting you store items without a lock

Nice ladies behind the desk in the office. I especially like Himali, the Assistant Manager. She remembered my name, that was nice! Very friendly of her! I enjoy going there! It's always very clean and well kept. It's very cheap for my 5x7. Packing accessories are available too. I do recommend Access Storage to others I know!

I have referred a friend to the Scarborough n Ellesmere location. They are running a promotion till Oct end 50%off for 12 wks. The price indicates on their web is $74 a week less 50%. We went there n ready for the contract but, we were told the original price will be $84 from the fourth week. Luckily, we asked. The confirmation slip issued by them online is just a quote. The original price will increase from time to time!!! Though we are not happy of this we are still ready for the contract but, the system doesn't give us the promotion rate. We were asked to contact online instead of them calling why it couldn't be done! Its a Saturday n we are too busy to do another call. The receptionist keeps telling us to go to nearby locations for a cheaper rate. We chose it here because it's nearer to us. We have to solve the problem ourself!!!! Why?
