Fantastic experience! The staff were all super friendly, flexible, and quick to adapt to any changes or unexpected situations. The price was also very reasonable, which was a big plus.

The only downside is that you can only extend the contract month by month rather than week by week, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place. Cheers!

Long time renters at Maple Leaf. Feel completely at ease with the storage units access. Staff are amazing - Rhonda is the absolute best. She is incredibly helpful, keeps us in the loop on any changes, especially when it comes to rent changes. Recently she encouraged us to change storage units at an amazing price difference to what we were paying. Not many companies or staff would go out of their way to help you save money! When we were moving units, Rhonda provided above and beyond help, bringing us supplies we didn't have to make the move seamless. Hours for access are great. Can't say enough about this company. Keep up the good work and treat Rhonda well!!

I have been a tenant since 2016 and CLINT and his team at Maple Leaf Storage are totally excellent. I run my whole business out of this space and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! The bathrooms are spotless. It is so safe. The common areas are kept super clean by the other tenants. Everyone is so respectful. The proximity to my home is super KEY!! I love this place.

We had an excellent experience with Maple Leaf Self Storage – Wall Street. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The rental process was quick and straightforward, and the staff were always friendly and professional.

A special thank you to Rhonda for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage facility in Vancouver. Thanks again, Rhonda!

Shorten this review as follows:

I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage company from start to finish. The location is super convenient and access is always easy, which makes a big difference when you’re coming and going frequently. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained.
What really stands out, though, is the staff — they are genuinely fantastic. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to help out.
If you’re looking for a reliable, hassle-free storage solution with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend them. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Easy access and the units are clean and well lit (not always the case at other facilities). Very reasonable rates and I would use them again if the need arose.

I've rented a small unit locker here for many years. Monthly rental price has been creeping up steadily over those years, so I had to 'stop the bleed' and vacate this month. Good facilty, good staff.

My family has been using this facility for almost 25 years and they have been nothing but pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. Great staff, clean lockers and a perfect location for anyone who needs temporary of long term storage in a convenient location. I have friends who also use this facility for business purposes and they have nothing but positive things to say about this particular location. 11/10 would store my property here anytime.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Maple Leaf (WALL ST). My experience utilizing your storage and services has been nothing short of outstanding, and I feel compelled to extend my thanks.

Your team, demonstrated professionalism and hospitality beyond expectations. They always greeted us with a friendly smile and were readily available to answer any questions we had.

The storage facilities were impeccable. The cleanliness and organization were truly commendable, making it effortless to access our belongings and necessary items for our work.

The security and surveillance services were equally impressive. Knowing that our possessions were in the hands of vigilant caretakers in a secure environment provided peace of mind.

Once again, thank you for providing such an exceptional service. I hope to continue utilizing your services in the future.

Staff, price and facility 10/10!
The staff are what make this place! So helpful, so accommodating. We had to find storage last minute as our previous option fell through - Clint set us up on the day with great prices too. We then kept our unit for two years before having a moving company come and ship our stuff to us. The office team were really helpful at every step of the way. The shop was also handy for last minute convenient supplies!
The facility itself is great - a coded gate on entry and cameras everywhere so feels very secure, trolleys available to use and large elevators, lots of sizing options for units, and clean, warm and dry!
