Wish I could give this company 0 stars, I trusted this place to fix my starter in my car and even paid them extra for keeping our car there until we were able to pay them. Found out at Hyundai dealership that they put the wrong starter in my car. Was then told I will not get a refund even though it was their fault and they did not know what they were doing. Please save your money and do not go here.

Andra and his sister are the best! Meeting people like the two of them really restored my faith in the world. They make the best team and will go above and beyond to do the best thing for you to get you in a car even if it doesn't render him the most on a sale. He actually listened to my story and why I was in the situation I was in with my credit and finances and really took that into account which many salesman don't do. If it's not easy-peasy and get them the most on a sale it's game over and they send you on to the next because they don't care. Andra sacrificed his time and effort to make sure I could get in a car to get back to work. I cannot not express how much of a blessing the two of them are! I was getting turned down everywhere and throughout this process to be honest even I gave up but Andra and his sister didn't. On top of that he's such a stand up salesman that a salesman from another dealership in Greensboro vouched for him and referred me to him and said that he is The Credit Wizard. Even though he's busy he'll make sure to do whatever he can to keep his word. Not to mention straight forward, honest and reassuring keeping you posted throughout the process so if it doesn't happen over night you don't feel discouraged or give up. If I could give 1000 flaming ⭐'s I would!!!!!!!

I will first and foremost say that the buying car experience was great no problems there at all. I ran into a very unprofessional issue when my car was involved in a minor accident and my insurance sent me a check to cover the damage but they also sent with cars to go name in it in addition to mine name. I bank with a credit union that only deals with personal accounts so they wouldn’t let me deposit it because it also included a business name, so the owner stated that he would get the funds from his bank since his business is also on the check. This man has be consistently LYING for the past 2 weeks about getting this check cashed. I’m very confused as to what the issue but this whole process has been very unprofessional. I’m just wanting to get the funds my insurance company released to me to fix my vehicle and it looks like it will never happen and just because of this experience no matter how awesome the buying experience was I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dealership. My next complaint will be to the BBB because this is very unprofessional

Called a couple dozen places looking for a car with a reasonable down payment and affordable payments, couldn't find anyone that would offer any help whatsoever until I called Cars To Go. Got me a reasonable down payment and biweekly payments very much within my price range. Also got the back tires replaced for me before I drove it off the lot. Very friendly and honest people here. So happy with my Ford Focus!!
