I've been a customer of this branch for a dozen years and just found out it will close in August. I have to say, I'll be sorry to see them go. I haven't had a single problem with my Wells Fargo bank account, credit card, or in-person customer service. I think I've paid maybe $20 in monthly maintenance fees since I always met some kind of scale or frequency minimum, even when I had little money in the account. No fraud issues, no hassles and situated right down the street.

It's very hard to run any business that complex and essential for that long without at least a few problems, but the crew at WF pulled it off.

And they have cute girls there too!

Awesome people great experience. I have been doing Banking with this Bank for 15 years for my Manufacturing company. Very Happy with their level of service. I would avoid Chase Bank where I hold a separate personal account where I often times get treated Rudely and at this point, I will be moving my account for personal over to Wells Fargo. They are like Family.

EDIT, to Owner's Response: While I appreciate the response, Customer Service alleviated the issue for me. I would just rather not return to this location and run the risk of having to deal with her ever again. Thank you though.

The branch manager is rude and unprofessional. She spoke loud about my personal account information (loud enough for the 20 people in line to hear), and then threatened to not cash my check because I quietly asked for her to not speak so loud about it. She didn't hear me so I said "nevermind" (embarassed/ shocked already by the events happening) She then rudely yelled to me, "do we have a problem here?". Then she asked, "have you ever been here before?" To which I replied that "I have, but not as frequently as I used to a few years ago. I got direct deposit." Well, I guess I'm a liar because her response was, "I've been at this location for 30 years and I've never seen you."
Aaaaaand??? What does that have to do with it? I left in tears, called corporate who took it very seriously and took proper action.
I only use the ATM here now. If I ever have to go in, I'll drive out of my way to any other location. I am that uncomfortable with going in there.

Great branch ~ Friendly , helpful people top to bottom. My PB Michael Chambers has been a big help to me. I've used BOA and Chase ~ Wells Fargo is far superior.

Very slow tellers at the drive through. 3 weeks in a row of me going there and waiting so long with no long line. I don't get what takes so long when the line isn't long. Then the teller can't count and is asking me to double check the money amount. Slowwwww
