Nedra and her team and all wonderful. I stopped in this location and they were able to complete a stop payment and get my money back.. they even gave me a gift bag with goodies for my birthday!

Without a doubt, the TD Bank branch in Lutz, FL is the best. The first person I encountered when they opened was Nedra Miller. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable. She was the reason I came back to this particular branch. Since then, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie, Makayla, Jabari, and Andy. They all remember you when you come in and are so friendly and helpful. Love this branch!

Went in this morning to make an wire. Love this Bank. Nedra and Makayla helped me complete the transaction. Lobby is spotless and everybody friendly and inviting. This is my chosen bank! I go here a lot and love the hours and the vibe. Beats the competition. Not even close.
