I recently tried a IRA withdrawal with manager. He couldn't figure out how? He asked the banker for help. Again they couldn't do it? Manager handed me a post it to call WF advisors. Both manager and banker had done this before for me in past. Albuquerque branch completed in 15 minutes... I got the impression the manager did not want to be bothered on a Friday.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This branch had only 1 teller running everything. She was running the drive through & transactions inside the branch. The teller was understandably flustered with too many customers. There was also a “manager” on staff who was unhelpful and rude. She sat in her office until the poor teller tried to get her to come out to help. When asked to help, she came out of her office obviously outwardly irritated. She preceded to tell the customers waiting that there was only one teller & it was going to be a long wait. She told us to leave if we didn’t like it. Lucia Fernandez was the “manager” who was rude & couldn’t be bothered to help the poor teller. No wonder they have no staff with such poor management.

Really poor customer service. They are giving us issues with a bank account that my grandparents had and we are trying to get it sorted out and they are giving my family major issues. I had issues with this bank before and had to switch to another bank when I lived out there. I have Wells Fargo in Las Vegas and they are awesome so it is just this branch that has the poor service.

They told me to come to the door for a cash advance and once inside they don't give u any information. Me and another girl are just standing here wondering who is going to help us and what we are doing while one girl sits at her computer and 2 others keep helping people coming in from the drive through. Very unprofessional! Other women keep walking through not acknowledgeing us!
