The worst!! Every location is horrendous!! They lie, agents are rude as hell, they don’t listen to anything being said (respond to answer but don’t listen to understand), are mighty quick to talk over you and then clap back with an “apology” I cannot wait to be done with this bank. And let me make this abundantly clear: I will not reach out by email regarding my concerns. NOTHING will be done except a backhanded excuse blaming the customers when nothing is ever taken seriously regarding your employees!!

Worst location for customer service! Daniella the teller was clueless on what she was doing and made up a bunch of lies about my issue! Then I proceeded to ask for the manager (Areli Garcia) she was worse! She had the biggest attitude, rolling her eyes and raising her voice at me?! Wow! She told me I should just close my account with the issues that I was having? Seriously! That’s what you have to offer? This is the worst location! A bunch of incompetent girls, that don’t care about Rio grande credit union customers! I filed a complaint as well.

Worst bank ever. Don't get a car loan from them . If you get in a accident they will drag the gap out as far as they can to get as much money from you as possible. I been waiting over 3 months and paying on a vehicle that isnt in my lot because they make you pay till gap process. And they drag it as long as they can to get as much money as they can from you .they dont help you threw the process either . They will give u a skip pay but you have to pay it still after gap all it does is give u a little time while money is still stacking . I will never do business here again . My personal experience. My opinion. Everyone's is different but they are no good to me

The branch manager at Areli was very welcoming, polite, and willing to investigate into my car loan which I was having issues with. I really appreciated her help although there was a lot of information that didn't make sense as far as fees. If you are getting on car loan with "Rio Grande Credit Union" make sure you list them as your lien holder on your car insurance policy or you will be charged extra fees by an outside insurance Company.
