I’m sorry, but I really wasn’t expecting this kind of plate. This restaurant used to serve quality BBQ, but for $27, this is honestly disappointing. What’s going on, Dickey’s BBQ? The quality has definitely gone downhill.

I'm done with Dickey's. It used to be a good place to eat. I bought gift cards at Sam's to try some places I haven't been to in awhile. Two of the 3 Dickey's I tried were only worth negative reviews.
At the Oakmont location I ordered 5 items Thank goodness I got the gift cards at a discounted price. I wouldn't like it if I paid full price for food on an order pickup and didn't get everything I ordered. It was just 5 items. How can they mess up with just 5 items?

Worker came up to me while i was eating i came in my by myself and he asked did i have a boyfriend and just stayed there for like 5 mins at my table while i ate asking questions, made me uncomfortable i just took my food to go couldnt even eat how i wanted to it

I get it. A 2-man crew taking on the workload of the whole store. Huge orders flowing in left and right. I understand the frustration. But no matter what, you have to keep it professional ESPECIALLY in front of customers.

In any business, more orders/customers = success if the crew can handle the load. If the crew cannot handle the workload, it's just a stressful situation.

I've very-well traveled... and unfortunately the quality of this locations food is a lot lower than a lot of other locations around the United States. When you're in Texas... you think BBQ. You want to give the BEST BBQ experience possible.

The small crew did try their best, but they were set up for failure.

Man this place definitely changed, food was fresh and delicious, the place was very clean. Dustin and his team were very amazing. He kept going to our table to check on my nephew and I. They took care of us, thank you 🙏🏼. Definitely going back again.
