I had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel in the Brockton store and his experience with helping to lead me in the right direction was very much appreciated. He took his time asked questions and wrote down his answers to lead me to the fraudulent department so they could fix the problem I was having. I had visited the Weymouth Mass store 3 times 🙄He deserves to be recognized as a team leader with his knowledge and wisdom and respect that goes along with his position. Andrew is PHENOMENAL! He not only got me all set with the equipment I needed, he also scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out "just in case" which I'm so happy for because I needed it. I also had to reschedule that appointment, and he took the time on HIS DAY OFF to call me back and help. Talk about an above and beyond employee! 10/10 recommend. He's fantastic!

Clean, bright, full of energy. I walked in to pick up a new modem and drop off the previous tenant's on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted and put in the queue right away, and only and to wait one minute before Kaedian L called me over.

He was attentive, fast, and took care of things. I had that other modem to return, and the system did not have an option (I guess the tech I talked to via chat already marked it returned?) Kaedian hand-wrote me an old fashioned note to prove to the landlord that I did the return the old equipment. Very thoughtful.

I was in and out of there in less than five minutes, even without an appointment. I'd recommend the Brockton Xfinity store any day.
