Customer service over the phone at the toll free number was a frustrating experience! I explained that I was disconnecting service due to moving! This was not an acceptable reason without ? and a sales pitch! 1/2 an hour later, 3 phone calls and a lot of attitude, finally disconnected service! Good bye Charter Spectrum. Never really had an issue until I called to cancel my service! 😡

Spent over an hour with a store specialist at the spectrum store to reduce the charges $40 with no change in tv channels. Instead, removed many channel favorites. When trying to contact the rep person who gave us her business card from the store....realized that there is no phone number on the card! You go online to get a local phone number, and sent to some other state. I am trying to help this 81 year old who has no cell or computer...and now can't even call for help. We are told to go back to the store...again.

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years, but today I definitely decided to switch providers due to a bad experience. I visited this store to upgrade my son's phone. The employee made us wait 15 or 20 minutes just to check if they had the phone in stock in the store's back room. I mentioned that I had tried to make the purchase online but decided against it, as I wouldn't be at my home in Nevada—we are currently just visiting Massachusetts. She then told me that I didn't have any available credit—even though my phones are completely paid off and I had been approved for free shipping. I don't know what the actual problem was, but because of employees like this, they have lost a good customer. I feel sorry for anyone else who might end up having a terrible experience there.

My husband and I had the best experience buying new iPhones at this location. Justin was absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond to help us transfer our phones from another company. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend going to this store.
