What a nightmare. I lost my phone and went into the store and it was a three day ordeal. Good luck getting the right help. Customer service is not great and training is poor. It took three visits to finally find someone there who actually helped me. I had to contact the main office number and talk to them on the phone for an hour to get my issue resolved. I am not sure if their other locations are this bad. They really have a monopoly in the phone market.

Went in to fix a simple acct issue and dude was just tryna push me on to the next agent instead of actually looking at my acct claimed he been there for 4 years but clearly didn't help with a simple issue that could have been helped.

Hayley was awesome. She went over and above to help us. We brought back equipment and needed a better plan for our cell phones. I would come back here anytime!!!!

Went here to bring back my cable boxes and got my mom a new iPhone & myself a new watch the tech was so very helpful he helped me with my needs I forgot his name but he was REALLY good helping

HORRIBLE experience. I don't even leave reviews but i had to leave one at this store! I went to change my address and the sales rep CLOSED my account. Ive been dealing with so many issues now almost lost my number of 5 years, i had a camera on my plan i now have to pay in full. Had to make a whole different account and waist about 7 hours on the phone with xfinity.
If he's bald and got a beard just stir away! Everyone else was very helpful - thanks to the manager for getting me an apt before the deadline & i think Angel for getting me a sweet deal. Not happy about returning to the store consecutively for 4 days straight! Gas is at 5$
