Last month, I got four new tires on my jeep. I also asked to purchase new windshield wipers for the front and one for the back for another car on my bronco and advise them of that first. When I came back they changed the windshield wipers on the jeep not giving them to me for my other car, I accepted that thanked them and left. While driving I noticed that the tire pressure sensor was on so I took the car back and they had to move the tires around to get the tire sensor into the right spot. I left there and less than two weeks later my car is shaking really really bad. I could not even drive it to the tire store, but took it to my local mechanic who indicated that the tire was not screwed on tight and was about three seconds from falling off!! That could’ve been a serious and dangerous situation. I feel that this tire company is by far the worst tire company experience I have ever had. Please do not go to them. I’m very sorry to have to leave a review like this, but my children’s Lives were at stake because of a mistake they made it was reckless and unacceptable. I even tried calling four times today and nobody picks up the phone. bad business!

Mike at Marvis tire was incredible. My van was having tire issues and I didn’t think I could make it home. I pulled in here and he quickly got me fixed up. Incredible place. I highly recommend!

This was the worst ever service experience I have ever had. I never leave reviews but this one is needed to be a warning to future customers. My experience with this specific location took place over 3days.

DAY 1 - Tuesday July 7th: My car showed a flat on my dashboard and it showed me that it was my rear left tire with a pressure of 27. I went to mavis close by me because I had purchased 2 tires from them about 2 years ago and had a good experience. Now, when I arrived I was helped by a guy who was new (I know this because he kept asking his colleagues questions about how to do things in their system). So he asked to see my car pointed out to him that I had a flat and which tire it was. He then tells me they need to run a diagnostic on my car to check the flat which would be $30. FLAG #1 In my head I’m thinking why would you need to do that when I’m telling you what the issue is and which flat it is. But I digress I agree to the diagnostic because I just need them to fix the flat. They tell me the wait is about an hour for them to run the diagnostic. FLAG #2 1 hour to check my car??!. So again I’m patient and understanding as I am a walk in. So I go wait at Culver’s next door. I come back around at 12:47pm after 1hr and 30mins of waiting just for them to tell me, “you have a flat” yes I knew that. He then ask for my phone number to pull me up in their system. At this point Jacob (the manager) steps in to help this new guy and tells me I need a new tire because my tire is threaded Barron. I ask, “What is that? Is it wear and tear on my tire over the years. He says, “yes.” So I end up buying a new tire for almost $300. They go to place it on my car I leave and wait another 30mins and my car is done.

DAY 2 - July 8th: The next morning I call them because I realized that I should have asked for my old tire as a spare just in case. I call them around 8am when they first open. I speak with Antwon and ask for my old tire. He then tells me they usually dispose of the tires at the end of each day and a truck picks them up and takes them to the junk yard. I ask him if he can please take a look in the back. He says my manager is taking a look. I said, “do you need the type of tire.” He says, “yes” I tell him it’s a Goodyear and he ask me for the size. I go to my car to get the exact size off my car. He tells me the have my tire then back tracks to say they don’t have my tire they are usually thrown out the end of each day. I say,” “well you just told me you had my tire, which one is it??” He then goes on to say “they found a Goodyear in the back but they not sure if it’s mine.” I ask what size is it? He tries to say something 19. Eventually he trips up and says it is a ____ 522 HR. I say, “That’s my tire.” I come and pick it up closer to 11am that morning. After seeing it I question if it is my actual tire because it doesn’t look right and it has changed so many hands by now. But I go on my way and go to Marshall’s down the street from them. Once I get there my car signals a flat again FLAG #3: it is the same left rear tire that I initially came to them on Tuesday to change and the pressure this time is 24. So they changed the wrong tire, must not have checked my car during the $30 inspection I paid them for. So at this point I am frustrated, tired, annoyed, unsatisfied all the emotions that are fair when you pay for service that you did not receive and were given the run around to get your old tire. So I call them back and let them know that they changed the wrong tire. On the phone is Jacob (the manager) he says if I can head back their ways he will get one of his techs to do it or he will do it himself. So my aunt and I go back to the place. This time I stay in their waiting room and watch them do it through the window. Jacob takes off the damaged tire switches it out for the new tire I just purchased. And then puts on the old tire that I came to pick up (which is questionable if that is my tire). He then comes out to the front to show my aunt and I that the damaged tire had a nail in it. FLAG #4: I was driving around…

On this date Thur. July 8, 2026 was my first time going to Mavis Tires & Brakes. I needed some work done on my brakes. They put some back brake pads, rotor and back brake calipers on my SUV.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, polite and understanding. They gave me all the information concerning the issues I had.

When l tell you they did an awesome job on repairing my brakes. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's having problems with their vehicle. Not only do they do brake and tire work they have a great mechanic on duty to fix your vehicle.

Once again thank you so much Mavis for fixing my brakes. You all are the absolute BEST!!

Great experience at Mavis! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and did a good job with my tire repair. Prices were fair too. Highly recommend! I hate that I needed repairs, but I loved how they took care of my car and my situation! Thank you to the Manager, Tammie and her great staff!
