Terrible experience. I went in for an oil change and ended up getting much more. I drive a 2015 Ford Fusion and one of the technicians told me every 30,000 miles it is an absolute must to change 6 speed Ford transmission fluid. My car is at 46,000 miles and he said it was clear it had been skipped. He then showed me a test he ran on the liquid that showed it was dirty. I looked at him and said so this needs to happen then right? And he said yes you need to get it done right away. I then told him to go ahead and do it. I will admit I should have been more educated on the subject before allowing it. I went home and had an odd feeling about the whole situation. I decided to look in my owners manual and right in the scheduled maintenance page it says to change the transmission fluid every 150,000 miles!!! I called LOF multiple times and no one would answer my questions or call me back. Finally 3 days later I got a hold of a manager who was completely dismissive. He claimed their service records for other vehicles showed that was correct and a random Ford dealer technician said it was correct as well. I called the dealer who I bought my car from and he told me directly that was not true and I didn't even need to think about it until 100,000 miles. He said the transmission fluid being dirty was typical and from normal use. All I wanted from LOF was the money from the transmission fluid change refunded because it was done so prematurely. I was then told it is the general manager's policy not to refund money. I would be careful with what you allow them to do when you are there.

I went here for an oil change and my car engine seized pulling out of their driveway (see pictures). I bought the car (Range Rover HSE) in New York 4 days before, and drove it 1,400 miles without a single problem. I thought getting an oil change prophylactically would be smart before the new semester started, but it was the worst decision I have ever made. First they filled the engine with nearly half the required amount and my engine started smoking. I drove it back, they apologized and, "topped the engine off" to compensate for the three quarts they failed to put in the first time. They let the engine run for ten minutes in the bay and then told me I was good to go. Not more than 10 feet out of their driveway, my engine broke into pieces on Duff Avenue (see photos). They deny being at fault, but it's so obvious that it's insulting, especially since they admitted to screwing up the first time (stated on my receipt) and I just drove halfway across the country without a single issue.

I had it towed to the LR dealer in DSM, and they determined the engines was 'flooded with oil', and that they overfilled it during my second visit. It has cost me $15,000.00 so far. I get my car back tomorrow. They have refused to pay for a single thing. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
