WOW, I can not believe the service i received at THIS Xfinity store. When i first walked in I was first helped by Josh and I couldn't believe how terrible he treated me. I told him I was here to pick up a phone I placed online and he told no "No i can tell you right now, we don't do that. we only ship it to your house". I was pretty understanding with the fact that there could have been a miss understanding. So I explained to him that when i placed the order online I specifically asked to get it in store. That's exactly when he started talking to me like i was incompetent. He still refused to even look into it on any computer in the store to see the order. I asked him if he could at least look up my information its the decency as I already paid for the phone. He then said "i can look it up but i already know its not gonna be there". I feel like that comment was very unnecessary due to the fact that I've been a customer for years and always paid my bill you can at least tell me if i did something on my part or maybe i was right and was picking up the phone. He asked for my information and said he "couldn't find me" and that i would need the account owner present (which was me but he would of known that if he wasn't trying to rush me out of the store). I said fine i can grab my paperwork from the car which says that I'm picking up in the store. When I came back he was gone (went home for the day) If he didn't want to help me he shouldn't have been rude. Doing all of that just to go home for that shift really looks bad on his part and the company. My own company uses Xfinity and I would be ashamed to have one of my employees treat another customer that way.

However, when I came back into the store Keme was working with another customer so i decided to wait. Once he was done he was so sorry about my interaction with Josh because he heard the whole thing. I said its not your fault I'm so sorry you get to work with someone like that. He pulled up my account right away brought me my phone and also showed me a promotion going on for two line and get a $200 gift card. I ended up buying an apple watch as well. I did not even expect to get anything else but Keme explained everything so clear i decided to do it. Josh turned me away from selling one phone, while Keme did business the way it should be and kept me an Xfinity customer. I would of bought an iPad too that's how good he was. Money was never the problem I just didn't need it at this time. Josh was the problem. Keme is the face of the Xfinity store in Westfield. Thank you Keme.

I went in to return some devices for my mom after she cancelled her cable. Joshua was super helpful and made the process very pain free. It sounds like she’ll be saving money on her cell phone bill as well by bundling her internet with a cell phone line. Thank you Joshua!!

Absolutely the worst. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation and go to Verizon for your Mobile Service. They’re in the same plaza. Verizon’s sales associates are so much more professional and competent. As soon as it makes sense I’ll be canceling my Xfinity Mobile and going back to Verizon.
