Bank has terrible customer service and they run your driver's license through there system for every transaction even cash. They tell you it's for your protection when there gathering info that's none of there business. Classic case of big brother.

This is the worst bank I was ever affiliated with and they all have bad bank skills and they all have horrible moods and the way they speak to you is so fake. Never ever wanna go back to that bank ever again

That is not a bank that I deal with on a daily basis my bank I Wells Fargo in Boyertown down at the other end of east Philadelphia ave. I not sure of exact address but I do have a join account with my wife of 34 years of marriage we needed for income tax purposes it was in the beginning the only way we could get or refund from theIRS when we filed or taxes each year we used the long form and had a professional do our taxes we get money back every year we still have to joint account at Truist bank but me personally don’t care that much for them I like Wells Fargo I lot better they treat me great

Friendly staff but overworked and stressed. Branch had lobby closed multiple times due to short staffing. In office have one banker K and teller Chris who are amazing and always have smiles on their face even with a long line in the lobby and drive up buzzing. They hired some new people but they always seem to need some help but the banker K always running around to help take care of his team with a smile. Bankers are stuck at the teller line and have no time taking care of client. There is a new Manager but he/she sits in the office with blinds and door closed, only coming out to help when it beneficial to them. Executive and branch Leadership are to be blamed. They hired a leader who hides in the office and have a team who are doing their best to keep the bank going without any support. Need to find better leadership who cares for the team. Rating is for the leadership and the TRUIST BANK itself. I closed out my accounts as I can’t support this company who abuse front line workers and I recommend others to do the same. I hope the staff leaves the office at the same time and find a better company.

Tellers are pleasant but they are difficult to get ahold of and their customer service since Truist took over is ridiculous! Can't go into the bank for 2 hours during lunch and then my co-worker had to go to the drive thru and then was scolded because she had too many transactions for the drive thru. She said well I couldn't get in the door and then said she would need to come when the inside is open :(
Absolutely unacceptable!
