Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a regular-sized coffee. By the time I received it, the coffee tasted watered down, likely due to the long line and wait time. I politely went inside the restaurant and asked if they could please remake the coffee or provide me with another one.

When I asked the employee for another coffee, she initially pretended as though she could not hear what I was asking for. She then stated, “It doesn’t matter, all the coffee is going to be like that.” I explained that it seemed as though the coffee had been sitting for some time and had become watered down, and I simply asked if she could please switch it out.

She eventually replaced the coffee. However, as I was walking out, she began mocking me and sarcastically said, “Oh, I guess the coffee was watered down,” while laughing with her coworkers in the back, including the line cook and another female employee. I then turned around and informed her that she had very poor customer service and that she could have at least waited until I had left the restaurant before mocking me for returning the coffee.

I would like to formally express that this employee displayed horrible customer service and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have the entire interaction recorded on video, and I would like to file a complaint with management regarding her behavior. I will also be including a photograph of the employee involved so that this matter can be properly addressed.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect, and I was disappointed by the way I was treated during this visit.

This particular J.I.B is awesome. It's literally right off the exit of Temecula Parkway on Interstate 15. I have never gotten any heatlamp food from here its made to order i think. And there's plenty of seating both inside and out. And if your in a hurry to either Riverside or San Diego its a quick drive through stop and even quicker getting back on the the I-15.

Service exceptional; I received a free large Sprite for my patience and wait in drive through.
Atmosphere is clean & welcoming.
Location: Near 15 freeways and on the way through Old Town Temecula.
