Good service and the people at the hardware store know what they're talking about

The service isn't what it used to be. They've lost some very good employees since the renovations.

I was there to buy a table saw. I bought a King Canada one. When I got home and unpacked the saw, I noticed it had already been used. I returned it. They offered me a discount or a replacement blade, but when I discovered the warranty was void in case of breakage, I decided to get a refund. I went back the next day to buy other things and noticed they had relisted the saw for $97.99. I told the manager it was a bad deal and they shouldn't be reselling it. He said he would notify the customer. I gave the manager a look that said it all. I will never buy anything from them again.
