Outstanding service during a stressful emergency . George came late at night on Easter Sunday when water was backing up in my basement due to loose pipe on sump pump. He was kind, extremely professional, and empathetic . What stood out was his honesty-he actually suggested waiting until the next day to save on costs which says a lot about his integrity . He took the time to explain everything and followed up the next day. Made stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend

We just had George to fix a leaky pipe in our basement. He also changed our water tank last year.

Needed to replace my hot water tank. Contacted a few plumbers before deciding on Borny plumbing and now I know i made the best decision. George was professional and provided top-notch service from beginning to end! His pricing is fair and transparent. Honest, punctual and happy to answer any questions to guide you along the way. He was respectful of my home and mindful to leave everything clean.installed the hot water tank seamlessly and efficiently. What really stood out to me is how much he cares and took the time to give me preventive and maintenance tips for other plumbing in my home. A few of my neighbours used him as well and are also highly satisfied. Highly recommend and will not use anyone else!
