Exceptional service, honesty, and genuine care!

I cannot recommend George enough! We had a frozen pipe in the middle of December, on one of the coldest days of the year, and naturally, we were extremely worried about the situation.

We reached out to George, and even though he could have easily come out and charged us for an emergency service call, he took the time to walk us through the problem over the phone, step by step, and explain exactly what we could do ourselves to safely resolve it.

What really stood out was that he didn’t charge us a single dollar. Instead, he genuinely wanted to help us get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. His knowledge, patience, and honesty were truly exceptional.

In a world where many companies would immediately send someone out and charge an emergency fee, George chose to help us solve the problem ourselves. That says a lot about his character and how much he genuinely cares about his customers.

Thank you so much, George, for being so helpful and honest when we really needed it. You have definitely earned a customer for life, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional! 🙏👏

5 stars without hesitation!!!!

George did a great job fixing our sprinkler valve and back flow valve. He’s the only plumber that we contacted that was honest about what we needed and didn’t oversell us. He was able to identify the problem, find a solution and was super good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. He’s definitely our go-to now and would recommend for anyone who needs plumbing help. Thank you George!

Fast, knowledgeable, professional. Quick to arrive, and had the drain cleared of roots in record time. All my questions were answered, even offered a quick "how to tutorial" on how to fix another issue I had at no charge. Kind, to the point, and patient. 10 /10 service, and now have this company on speed dial for all my plumbing needs!!! Edit: Excellent pricing, very fair!

George recently replaced my sump pump and installed a backup system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

His pricing was competitive, but what really stood out was his responsiveness and professionalism. He was always quick to answer my questions and was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my options and how the system works.

I would definitely use his services again.

Outstanding service during a stressful emergency . George came late at night on Easter Sunday when water was backing up in my basement due to loose pipe on sump pump. He was kind, extremely professional, and empathetic . What stood out was his honesty-he actually suggested waiting until the next day to save on costs which says a lot about his integrity . He took the time to explain everything and followed up the next day. Made stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend

Needed to replace my hot water tank. Contacted a few plumbers before deciding on Borny plumbing and now I know i made the best decision. George was professional and provided top-notch service from beginning to end! His pricing is fair and transparent. Honest, punctual and happy to answer any questions to guide you along the way. He was respectful of my home and mindful to leave everything clean.installed the hot water tank seamlessly and efficiently. What really stood out to me is how much he cares and took the time to give me preventive and maintenance tips for other plumbing in my home. The service is truly impeccable. You can trust their expertise; they guide you through every step and make sure you understand exactly what’s happening. I had an emergency with my sink backing up and they came the same day. They analyzed the problem, took pictures, and offered clear recommendations to dig deeper until we get to the real cause.

It’s a complete, thorough service that’s hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Borny Plumbing for any plumbing issues. They don’t just put a band-aid on the boo-boo — they get to the bottom of it.
