I’ve been extremely disappointed with the customer service at Everwise Credit Union. My account was overdrafted because of a transaction that I did not authorize. While the unauthorized charge was eventually removed, Everwise refused to waive the overdraft fees as a one-time courtesy, even though the overdraft was caused by a transaction that wasn’t my fault.

Every time I call customer service, I feel like I’m being rushed off the phone instead of being listened to. The representatives rarely seem to fully understand my concerns, and their attitude often comes across as indifferent, as if my business doesn’t matter. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to feel like my concerns are important—not like I’m an inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the online banking app, which only adds to the frustration. Between the poor customer service, lack of empathy, refusal to provide reasonable solutions, and recurring technical problems, my overall experience with Everwise has been very disappointing.

I believe customer service should focus on solving problems and building trust. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I hope Everwise takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve how they treat the people who bank with them.

Always a pleasure here at this location. Great customer service and professionalism. Never a long wait time to be served. This is by far the best financial institution I have ever experienced. Great job guys. I'm a forever member 🩷

I have always received kind and very professional care from the entire team. I really enjoy working with Carol at this location. Carol is very knowledgeable about the products you offer. She listens to my concerns and is very professional. Carol is the reason I will continue to visit this location.

Overall great customer service, and trustworthy/easy to use app ect. Only things I would change or consider a complaint would be they should have more ATMs with free withdrawal options available. Also, I never got my bonus for referring a friend twice now. Even though they and I met all of the requirements, and made sure to mention that I had referred them. Was given a very vague response in regards to when I would get the referral bonus if at all. Oh well. Not a big deal. I'd still refer people because of the Customer Service, credit consolidation, options, and loan possibilities yada yada.

I always have a great experience at Everwise! The staff are so kind, courteous, and helpful, and they make everything quick and easy. The tablet for verifying transactions is super simple, and I even like the virtual video tellers at the drive-up on weekends (even though it surprised me the first time!). Everwise keeps improving with technology, and I’m always happy with the service here.
