I want to formally express my concerns regarding both my client’s and my experience throughout this entire process. Unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

On multiple occasions, we have been given the runaround, received conflicting information, and have had to continuously follow up just to get answers. Most concerning, there still has not been a clear explanation as to what happened to my client’s information or where it went.

My client eventually attended an in person meeting hoping to finally receive some clarity, guidance, and assistance. Instead, she left feeling disappointed, discouraged, frustrated, and judged.

During the meeting, comments were made regarding her appearance and the luxury items she was wearing, including suggestions that perhaps cutting back on those types of purchases could help her pay down debt and eventually qualify for a mortgage. I am not sure if making assumptions about a client’s financial habits based on their appearance or personal belongings is part of your normal protocol, but it came across as extremely inappropriate and stereotypical.

My client came into this process genuinely seeking professional financial guidance and resources to help position herself for homeownership. She should have left the meeting feeling informed and empowered with a clear understanding of what steps she needed to take. Instead, she left feeling judged and discouraged.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that after all of the calls, scheduling issues, follow ups, and finally attending an in person appointment, we still walked away without any meaningful assistance or resolution. We essentially gained nothing from the entire experience.

As a realtor when I refer or connect a client with another professional or organization, I am trusting that they will be treated with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this service to another client.

I would appreciate someone reviewing what happened throughout this process, including what happened to my client’s information and how her in person appointment was handled. At this point, I believe both my client and I deserve an explanation regarding how this situation was allowed to reach this level.

Terrible customer service. Do any of the tellers know what they are doing at this branch? Great to know that Centra does not take accountability for their poor service. I was lied to about my dispute being filed when it was NEVER done. If I had not called to ask about my claim nothing would have happened. Why would anyone continue to bank here when you can go to the better option of JPMORGAN CHASE
