I don't do reviews as a general rule but MVP repeatedly texted me begging for one.
I scheduled my plan maintenance in June and had it cancelled and rescheduled multiple times by MVP with little or no warning, I would get a text saying I had been rescheduled to a date/time they chose . I had to change plans to make the times work only to have the appointment cancelled. When they finally did show up in August, of course there was a major issue with the air conditioner. The unit is still under warranty but still cost $325 that I was told would apply to any repair. Since it was under warranty, I was told it would apply to the refridgerant because that wasn't covered. They had to order a part and would call to schedule the repair once they had it. I never got a call but got a text the next day saying they were on their way. I had to rush home to get here before they showed up. To be clear, I don't have an issue with the repair techs, they are doing their job, my issue is with the Company. The techs were really good, explained everything they were doing, were polite and when done just had me sign off, no bill which was good but the office had told me I would have to pay for the refridgerant and no way it would be less than the $325, I am on a fixed income so was totally stressing about it.
Just a word of warning, be prepared, when they come for a maintenance visit, if they don't identify anything to be fixed, they will have a list of 2-3 things they push you to purchase and it is not low cost items. I realize they are in business to make money, but if you sell quality equipment, install it correctly and maintain it, there should be no need for repeated repairs, especially during the warrenty period.
Clearly there is also a problem in the communication/scheduling area. I have been told someone would call me to talk things over on multiple occasions, never have I gotten those calls. I honestly don't feel like this company cares about customers happiness, they only care about money.

MVP Air Conditioning did a terrific job completely replacing my 20+ year old heating & AC system. And they did it in 3 hours! I am very pleased with the new system and their professionalism. I highly recommend MVP!

0 stars: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MVP!!!
These people are scammers and they do not back up their work. I was with them for a couple of years and every time I needed work done they dragged the feet. Always had excuses on why prices went up or why I was getting charged extra. I even had not only my personal home with them but also my rental properties. I finally got tired and pulled all my properties from their service.
Recently my water heater went out and it was still supposed to be under warranty with MVP. I called and yes they confirmed it was under warranty. When they came the guy pulled at device out of his pocket to check the water pressure and stated our water pressure was to high and that made my warranty no good and wanted to charge me $2500 dollars. No one has touched this water heater or serviced it but them.
There were two guys who came. The one whom was training was super nice and understanding, but the other man who was training him was very rude and disrespectful.
I called MVP about my concerns and to see about the reimbursement because they did say I wouldn’t be charged for the water heater but for the labor and they charged me anyways. They said I would receive a call back and it has now been over 3 weeks and no call back. So I advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. Disposer side only. Tech came out. Put booties on at door. Came in, evaluated and got the machine. He didn't have a container to drain the water into so I gave him a pot to use. The booties were now on the wheels of the machine, not his boots so tracked dirt in. He spent over a hour running the snake before he said he couldn't get the clog and something was seriously wrong with my pipes. He said he ran the snake out 41ft. He said he'd have a camera guy come out that day to look for the issue. Camera guy couldn't come till next day. Camera guy shows up the next day. He says he can't use his camera to look down the drain. He looked at the pipes in the basement and said a plumber would have to come out and replace a section of pipe and tear out part of the wall. Said plumber couldn't come out till next day. None of this made sense. The non disposer side of the sink drained fine. the rest of the house drained fine. Not only that but the first tech made a mess. Grime on the counters, pipes etc. No attempt to clean anything. I was disgusted and totally frustrated so I fired MVP. Contacted Hamilton Plumbing. The tech was out the same day. He evaluated the situation and within 15 minutes had the blockage cleared. He ran the snake about 1 foot inside the DISPOSER side and cleared the blockage. He even offered to clean the mess left behind by MVP. MVP wasted my time and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I asked for a 2nd bid from MVP on a sewer line repair. I am so thankful I made that phone call! From start to end the MVP staff were all professional and communicative. It was a big job which involved digging giant 10 feet deep holes into my backyard to replace aging clay pipes. After the repairs were done my backyard was seamlessly put back together which my dog really appreciated. This huge job was completed within 36 hours! Never mind that it ended up being around $7000 less than the original bid from a different company. As a single lady homeowner, house issues like this can be overwhelming and I had an uneasy feeling about the first bid I had gotten but was completely at ease with the MVP team. I would encourage anyone concerned about original bid to get a 2nd one from MVP. I was very impressed by MVPs excellent all around service and definitely will be calling them again. !
