This wasn't bad in the hamburger was actually pretty good my wife got chicken strips with the country gravy and really like those it's just a little dirty in here and the bathroom seriously smelled like somebody just had a very bad experience with the food somewhere it was bad but other than that these guys aren't bad we'll eat there again

I placed a mobile order for pickup. I got to your drive thru within less than 5 minutes as your store is only 1.1 miles away. I gave the guy my name at the speaker. When I pulled around I was not impressed with him sitting in a chair and playing in his phone. I received my order and when I started to leave checked my order and found I was missing items (2 sundaes). I then went back through to the drive and informed him at the speaker. I then pulled up to the window and I heard him tell the other guy that I noticed I was missing things a lot sooner then he hoped as he hoped they were closed by time I noticed. Either way I got my missing items. When I got home me and my wife started to eat. We first noticed that the fries are extremely old, cold and hard and we were not able to eat them. When I started to eat my cheese burger I noticed the pattie was hard and dry and had an off taste to it. My wife got the chicken strips and said that they taste fine but there cold. We wound up throwing away the whole order except the sundaes as they were the only thing that was edible. $21 waisted. We are extremely upset with this service as well as the order.

I am giving them 2 stars only because the actual food is usually descent however we usually only get ice cream, but their lack of customer service is terrible. Customer service is over half of the job when you have to deal with the public. A.K.A. customers.
My family of 4 likes to go to Dairy Queen a couple of times a week. Not anymore. The past few times we have been disgusted by the way we are treated there. Not only treated but the pulling forward all the time is absolutely ridiculous as well. Nobody wants to pull forward when going through a drive thru, especially when you just get ice cream. It’s a little more understandable at Dairy Queen if you order hot food there, but ice cream. No.
They could just look at the lack of cars at Hardee’s next door to see how kirksville took to being pulled forward all the time.
So once you’re pulled forward this person comes out and hands you your ice cream, no napkins, makes a mess with the ice cream on my wife’s coat then goes ahead and tells me I should wipe off my shake. As if is my fault that he hands us spilling ice cream and no way to clean it.
This is not the first rude encounter like this. It’s the fourth. We can definitely go get ice cream down the road where people are polite, do not pull you forward, and might even give you some napkins if you need them. Needless to say our 4 orders a couple of times a week are not going to happen anymore.

CATS?! This is the worst DQ location I've ever been to. Will never go back. Was a bunch of kids working there. No customer service skills. They ran out of meat patties, so we didn't get all our burgers. What we got was cold, cheese wouldn't even melt. Fries were sour, like old fryer grease. And to top it off, they leave the back door open and are letting cats in there. Just Filthy. Couple employees were sitting there smoking and petting, holding a cat then handling food, and letting them run around in the kitchen! Disgusting.

Love the staff! Always clean and friendly. Nothing beats the crispy chicken!!! As far as icecream flavors, there is nothing that they will not try to make for your satisfaction. Not to mention the cakes!!!..Always have something in the cooler they will personalize yo any occasion! Thank you Dairy Queen!
