We ordered cookies for a graduation party, and the employees were so accommodating. They had everything boxed labeled and ready to go at the type of pick up. Thank you to Sami, Alysha, And Cody at the Fairfield subway.

I ordered an Italian BMT today and while my order was a bit complex, my server, Abbie, was very patient and kind with me and made sure to double-check specifics to get everything correct. I will gladly come back if she's the one making my sandwich :)

Hello! I went in today for my classic meal of a black ham sub and just wanted to mention that the person who made my sandwich, Abbie, absolutely made my day! She was very helpful and nice, as well as putting plenty of extra pickles when asked. Loved meeting her and will Def be back again!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Alicia, Sami, and Cody! Every time I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely positive when these ladies are behind the counter. Not only are they always friendly and professional, but they even had my sandwich memorized and already started for me when I walked in today! That kind of personal touch and attention to customers really stands out and makes the whole experience feel special.

It’s nice to leave a nice review. Just got a sandwich and great experience. When I walked in a young lady was cleaning and very politely greeted me. She washed her hands and made me a wonderful sandwich. It was really good. There were three young people there and they were friendly and just did a great job. Store was clean and in very good order. Outstanding job, team.
