Worst after sales service , I will Berber recommend this store for buying furniture. They never help you during warranty claims.

Wanted to say what an asset the delivery driver Mike is to The Brick. He has delivered to my home twice in the past and is always punctual, friendly, courteous and efficient.
I hope you will consider what a great employee he is when considering his next raise.

Fantastic service. I purchased a couch and love seat on sale but decided 10 days later that is was the wrong colour. The Brick was great and allowed to me to do an exchange for the set that I really wanted, at a great price. The people who delivered the couches were courteous, fast and efficient. They made sure that we had all the furniture protectors in place. I will always shop at the Brick after this very positive experience. Pamela B

Last year we bought a bedroom set and a dining room suite from the Brick. The wood on the bedroom furnish was covered with black mold, the mirror was broken, and the hiboy had a long, deep scratch. Everything was returned and we bought elsewhere. The dining room chair broke when someone sat on it for the first time, the buffet had a long scratch in it. We returned everything and bought elsewhere. When they came to pick up the furniture they damaged our front steps quite badly and it took us several weeks before someone came and repaired them.
