Very Good service from Kristen the manager and Teh gentlemen at this Store.Went in and they were both assisting other people but still took the time to great us and show us where the sale items were that I was looking for.
Great Service and got delivered my Queen Serta set and couldn't be happier.

The Pickering mattress store is one of the few Retail stores I would recommend.It is kind of hidden in the little plaza but you get Great service from both employees. I went in ona busy weekend in December and the lady greeted us right away and directed us to the beds on promotion. SHe stated either herself or the gentlemen would be with us as soon as they are free. They were both helping a few customers at the same time.
So in the end they both assisted us and the female is the manager and she gave me all the info i needed about the Serta Queen bed we purchased and it was delviered withina few days. Also the drivers setup everything and were very polite.
Highly recommend this shop for your mattress purchases.
